About the Role –
Tata MF has embarked on an ambitious journey to revolutionize the digitization of mutual fund value chain by building a truly innovative solution set and approach that competes not just with the Financial Institutions but also with the new breed of Fintech companies.
This is a high visibility role. You will work closely with stakeholders from multiple teams and advocate the vision of delivering world class digital experiences through our investor facing and internal digital platforms.
As the Associate Product Manager for Digital Initiatives, the position requires a vision to enable the purchase of mutual funds through next generation digital solutions. You will need to work on solutions all the way from a concept to launch.
The role requires you to think out of the box and bring in new ideas that will take the mutual fund’ digital capabilities to the new generation of cutmers.
In this role, you will help in building innovative product capabilities, influence change, rethink distribution and empower digital transformation for our partners.
The position holder will be an individual contributor reporting to the ‘Lead – Digital Initiatives’. The role requires you to remain updated about changes in the financial ecosystem and related emerging technologies. You will work closely with designers and tech partners and stakeholders from multiple teams to deliver digital solutions that will improve the client experience, enhance business processes, and support the revenue growth objectives for the business.
Key Rsponsibilities –
• Conduct regular customer, market, and competitor research to identify opportunities for improving our poduct experience.
• Execute the end-to-end solution delivery lifecycle covering conceptualization, business requirements, meticulous quality checks, deployment, documentaton, training, etc.
• Build strong engagement and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to discover solutions and launch products as per defined specificationsand within timelines.
• Collaborate with the design team by creating high-level mockups and wireframes to clearly define desired product implementation.
• Work extensively with the external user interface specialists / vendors and demonstrate a mature product sense in visualizing and building intuitive and innovative user flows to deliver best-in-class digital channel experience.
• Engage actively with various internal stakeholders, partners, legal, compliance, operations and sales teams to create awareness of the new product features and encourage a participative attitude to elicit critical business requirements and ensure overall acceptance of the new process flows and the system functionalities.
• Create continuous feedback loops with (extenl and internal) customers.
• Monitor and manage the resources and timeline of the projects. Facilitate conversations on prioritization and instill a disciplined approach of work.
• Translate product strategy into detailed product specifications for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams.
• Collaborate with innovation partners, including exploring potential partnerships with third parties that are developing cutting edge solutions covering conceptualization, business requirements, product solutions, meticulous quality checks, deployment and eventually, the customer migratin phases of the revamped platform.

Qualification –
Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably wth Computer Science or Business Administration background.
Work Experience –
2-4 years of experience, preferrably in the fintech or mutual fund industry.
