Job Overview
TE Connectivity’s Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.

Job Description
ROLE OBJECTIVE
• The Administrative Support assistants in providing support to Director, Industrial Business Head in administrative details in a department or functional area within TE.
• The role performs a variety of administrative tasks and contribute to the efficiency of the business by providing personalized and timely support.
• To be successful in this role, one should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act with minimal guidance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Participates in and contributes to special projects as directed by the Industrial department head
• Researches, compiles, proofs document, prepares reports and presentations, often of a complex or confidential nature
• Responds to general departmental or functional inquiries; reviews drafts and finished internal/external communications documents
• Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner and take minutes during meetings and distribute correspondence
• Manage executives’calendars and set up meetings, make travel and accommodation arrangements • Creates daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
EDUCATIONAL/CRITICAL EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in appropriate field
• Applies mastery of skills, extensive knowledge, and ingenuity in area of specialization, typically acquired through considerable relevant work experience (5-10 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Support or similar role
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Duties and tasks reflecting substantial variety and complexity
