About the Job
We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager – Administrative Coordinator , reporting to Managing Director of Technip Global Business Services to join our team based in Noida, India.
The Assistant Manager- Administrative Coordinator will act as a Travel SPOC for all domestic and international travel requests of employees, manage the travel arrangements of visitors to GBS office and align with departmental leads and managers for all activities assigned by MD’s office.
To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
