Responsibilities and Duties
· Responsible for entire recruitment process, on boarding, documentation related to employment and exit process.
· Assist management in framing detailed HR policy & implementation.
· Preparation of Leave & Attendance Management for Payroll.
· Prepare and maintain Documents as per the Provisions of Factories Act, Contract Labour Act and other applicable labour legislations.
· Responsible for implementation of all statutory compliances related to employment.
· Responsible to manage employee queries, grievances and address it with best solution.
· Assist management in performance monitoring and appraisal analysis.
· Report to management and provide decision support.
· Write various Job Descriptions to source right candidates for Technical & Non-Technical profiles.
· Ensure timely recreational activity for team building, rewards and recognition program for retention and increasing team efficiency.
· Assist management in building a healthy environment at workplace.
Key Skills
· Excellent writing, and speaking skills (English, Hindi & Punjabi).
· Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
· Good Communications and Co-Ordination Skills.
· Sound knowledge and expertise in using social media platforms and job portals.
· Good knowledge of Labour laws.
· Experience in designing compensation and benefits packages.
· Ability to develop clear and fair company policies.
· Team management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
