Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Manage talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding 2. Work on keeping job descriptions up-to-date, screening resumes and application forms 3. Work on bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues 4. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
