Job Description
Ability to work in a global workplace with global team and coordinate various activities
Oversee the GSD procurement activities. This includes the following:
Obtain vendor quotes
Create, track, and monitor purchase orders
Manage GSD software licensing
Ability to Work with Global vendors remotely
Submit periodic & On demand reports
Strong knowledge and experience with Excel to analyze data
Ability to manage vendors overall contractual components (e.g., invoicing, purchasing)
Monitors and track GSD metrics where applicable
Apply best practices for helpdesk back-office processes and procedures
Global Asset Management tracking
Qualifications
4-5+ years’ experience in a global workplace
Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities
Strong time management and organizational skills, detail-oriented and takes initiative
Strong communication skills
University degree
Back-office and administrative experience
Multi-cultural team management
Vendor management
Project management
Work in a changing and dynamic environment
