Job Purpose-
To be the right hand of the CEO with respect to assisting her with all matters concerning
organizational management. Tracking, collating, analyzing and communication org wide
data from Vertical Heads and direct reportees to the CEO and vice versa.
Job Descripition-
Effectively receiving feedback from stakeholders and incorporating it as well as proactively sharing feedback with stakeholders when required Operating in a way that is aligned to the culture, vision and values of Le 15 Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders in order to receive data on time and effectively follow up on commitments made by them to the CEO. Tracking, Collating and analysing data from the direct reportees of the CEO Managing data for the CEO (images, contact informations and documents) Creating and presenting key data points in a compelling manner to inform strategy Researching basis need for the CEO. Brainstorming effective strategy relating to organizational development and assisting the CEO in communicating the same to investors and employees Assisting the CEO in planning and articulating long term plans for the organization Communicating with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO Working effectively in tandem with the CEOs personal assistant to ensure that everything is efficiently laid out for the CEO Working in close tandem with the HR Manager to ensure that people management priorities that involve the CEO are addressed effectively Ensuring that one on one check ins, quarterly data stepbacks, townhalls and Team meetings are planned and implemented effectively by the CEO by assisting them with the same
