Responsibilities

Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay ahead of industry changes and incorporate new ideas into our strategy.
Content Creation
Develop and execute creative content plans, including text posts, images, and videos.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and on-brand multimedia content.
Write compelling and concise copy for social media posts and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Community Engagement
Analytics And Reporting
Utilise social media analytics tools to track the performance of campaigns and individual posts.
Provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to enhance our social media strategy.
Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all channels.

Qualifications
