1. Mapping an area by cold visits, internet resources and gather contacts of prospective clients
2. Generating leads from LinkedIn and job portals, etc.
3. Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers
4. Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities
5. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
6. Fixing meetings with enterprises customers and keep the follow-ups on a daily basis
7. Maintaining relationships with onboarded clients and ensure smooth servicing
8. Building and managing productive, professional relationships with clients
9. Closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas
10. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of lead activities, interactions and outcomes in the CRM system
1. Proven sales experience of at least 2 years (Perfect recruitment/staffing/job portal industry)
2. Track record of over-achieving quota
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Strong listening and presentation skills
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
6. Self motivated with a go-getter attitude
7. Any graduate can apply
