Lead, manage and drive key performance indicators (kpi) to enable organizational vitality on customer feedback, activity, kpi`s and improvement initiatives.
Monitor market intelligence including customer buying trends, competition, macroeconomics and the regulatory environment
Play an active and leading role in the acquisition of local companies/partners and lead integration of any globally acquired / new businesses
Ensure a financially sound operation with solid corporate governance and compliance for the business in indiaPlan and manage the business’s budget appropriately including revenue, margin and operating expenditure

Education & experience levels:
The candidate must have a bachelor’s in engineering or applied sciencesAn mba degree would be preferred.
A minimum of 15 years’ experience, ideally in industrial b2b businesses, general management, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a bu head or country leadership role
Past experience at senior levels in a chromatography and mass spectrophotometry business is highly desired.
Nature of experience:
Experience in running a business in india, or a demonstrable understanding of india business practice in a mnc organization.
