Position summary:
This position is a team member of talent management & orgDevelopment center of excellence (tmod coe) in apj and reports to tmod director, apjHe/she will assess, identify and plan organization changes, design talent development strategies and drive the implementation of programs that aim to attract, develop, retain, measure and actively manage india’s talent.
Key responsibilities include
Partner with business leader and hr leaders in country to initiate, build and execute
Comprehensive talent strategies which address multiple complex and diverse business imperatives.
Partner with senior leaders and hrbp to identify, build and implement solutions to address key
Talent gaps needed to accelerate talent pipeline and bench strength in country.
Partner with hrbps to build organisational capability and accelerate future talent readiness, with a
Focus on key talents and critical roles.
Lead implementation of key global talent processes including performance management and
Talent reviews in country.
Implement and evaluate leadership capability building and talent development programs to enhance
Leadership capability and bench strength, leveraging global and regional solutions
Manage implementation of country wide talent & leadership development project/program as
Required.
Develop relevant early talent approach and programs in partnership with leaders, hrbps and ta
Team, leveraging global and regional frameworksIn some cases, act as program manager.
Lead talent management metrics work, talent pool management and data consolidation at country
Level, providing the organization with current and comprehensive view of our talents.
Contribute to the apac tmod team success and impact.
Act as a member of country onehr team, contributing to its impact through expert advice and
Relevant solutions

Minimum qualifications and experiences:
Bachelor’s degree is requiredDegree holder in hrm, organization development/industrial
Psychology or relevant disciplines preferred.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sizable mncs – hr function with at least 5 years
Within a strategic talent management and organisational development organisation
Track record in initiating and executing talent management strategies and programs that deliver
Tangible short- and long-term business impact
Track record in demonstrating analytical and systemic thinking to develop strategies that address
Multiple, ambiguous and sometimes conflicting business priorities
Demonstrated ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation as well
As ability to operate well within a high performing team
Ability to operate independently and apply sound judgment to take decisions that keep the business
Moving forward
Thorough knowledge of theories, concepts and practices of organizational development, with a
Focus on latest best practices
Experience in a fast pace & global matrixed environment a plus, ability to operate with a sense of
Urgency and a laser focus on results
Excellent written, oral and positive influential interpersonal skills required
Previous consultant experience welcomed
Proficiency in office products including excel, word, powerpoint, outlook and power bi.
