Admin Qualifications and Skills
● High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in office administration or related field preferred.
● Experience with high-level CRM software preferred
● Proficient with Google sheets and Microsoft Office Suite/related software.
● 2+ years’ business administration and Sales Inventory management experience required
● Coordinate and oversee all office activities
● Ability to maintain workflow in a fast-paced environment
● Willing to work with all levels of internal management and utilize internal resources
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
● Maintaining internal databases
● Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
● Control the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office needs
● Create and present reports for senior managers
● Excellent organizational and time management skills
