Job Summary:
We are seeking a TPL Mumbai Coordinator with outstanding communication skills and a deep understanding of tennis to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong interest in marketing, coupled with the ability to forge and nurture professional relationships to promote the adoption and usage of our premier TPL App within the regional tennis community.
Key Responsibilities:
App Promotion:
– Actively market the TPL App by visiting tennis academies throughout Mumbai, aiming to enhance its visibility and encourage engagement among players, coaches, and administrative staff.
– Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement creative promotional strategies for the app, geared toward maximum reach and impact.
Helpline Management:
– Direct operations for the TPL Helpline, addressing inquiries and concerns from stakeholders including academies and individual players.
– Guarantee prompt and effective solutions to issues communicated through the helpline, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.
User Coordination:
– Serve as the primary contact for app users, maintaining open channels of communication and providing timely responses to feedback.
– Exchange insights with coordinators from other cities, incorporating their experiences to enhance the TPL App’s relevance and functionality in Mumbai.
Query Resolution:
– Take responsibility for resolving any questions or issues related to the TPL App and associated software activities, routing complex concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Academy Support:
– Offer essential support to affiliated tennis academies in adopting and utilizing TPL software, especially for the coordination and execution of TPL tournaments.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in marketing, communication, or a related field.
– A solid understanding of tennis, including rules, player dynamics, and tournament structures.
– Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building professional relationships.
– Technical proficiency with mobile apps and software.
– Exceptional problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
