Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs 2. Performing background and reference checks 3. Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager 4. Experience in using paid job Postings on various job platforms or portals 5. Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and 6. training process 7. Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, 8. technical assessments and behavioral questions) 9. Build a candidate CRM to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates ensuring candidate data is kept updated 10. Write and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media, and any other relevant channels 11. Source, screen and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles 12. Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the 13. application process 14. Forecasting recruitment budgets
