Job Profile:
– An Administrative Assistant at Truly Virtually is a full-time, remote employee that works for and is trained by Truly Virtually, and is deployed to engage with one or more Australian or US based clients.
– The role is remote and full-time (not a freelancing assignment)
– The role would require working in the US or Australian time zones

Roles & Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with one or more clients on the following tasks:
– Document Management
– Lead Generation through LinkedIn, email marketing and Cold Calling
– Answering calls and transferring messages
– Drafting impeccable emails and managing client communication effectively
– Online research and drafting presentations
– Executive Assistance (Itinerary Planning, Calendar Management, Inbox Management, etc.)
– Appointment Setting
– Social Media Management
You’re a great fit if you have:
– At least 2 years of full-time relevant experience in document management, email communication, lead generation, appointment setting, processing visa documents.
– A stable career employment track record
– Impeccable written and spoken English
– Ability to handle multiple projects at a time
– A solid experience in resolving work-conflict situations
– An ability to be constantly self-driven and organized
– An ability to work in either US or Australian time zones
Job Prerequisites:
– Distraction-free workspace
– A fast and reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps
– Laptop with an integrated camera, including a minimum of 8GB RAM for Windows and Mac’s respectively (including webcam); with MS Office installed (all programs; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Work Shift:
For US– Mon-Fri, 7:30 p.m. – 4:30 a.m. IST
For Australia– Mon-Fri, 4:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. IST
