Front Desk Executive

The Front Desk Executive role involves being a prominent and valuable touchpoint in the consumer experience for students and other key agents of UniSearch. As a Customer Service professional, the FDE will be responsible for facilitating smooth day-to-day operations at respective branch offices, handling scheduled appointments, walk-in guests, inquiries, customer complaints and concerns, in addition to other responsibilities. The FDE acts as a representative of the company and as such must demonstrate an excellent grasp of the company’s brand and service offerings as well as a professional and friendly demeanor to all stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage front desk/reception and related operations including greeting and welcoming clients, making and receiving phone calls, coordinating between different departments within the office, etc.
• Handle walk-in guests, inquiries, requests, appointments, etc. at the branch office.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally.
• Contact and follow up with potential leads and current clients.
• Maintain efficient and accurate records including ensuring timely appointment scheduling and follow-ups for students and counsellors.
• Establish a high quality of customer service and hospitality reflecting UniSearch’s mission and values.
• Possess excellent brand and product insight to enhance customer service support and Ensure the reception desk and office are kept safe and clean, complying with procedures, rules and regulations, and maintain appropriate signage.
• Manage and keep inventory of office supplies and stationery.
• Support all branch activities and events.

Essential Requirements

• Relevant experience of Minimum 2 years
• Flexibility working under deadlines and ensuring goals are met
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Tertiary-level academic qualifications (minimum bachelor’s degree)
