Primary Responsibilities:
Lead FullStack engineering development teams. Focus is on technical Hands-on Lead
Lead technical discussions on Tech stack of Java, Springboot microservices, Camunda, Kafka & any SQL/NoSQL
Around 10% of effort would go in proposing new Design updates as well
Active adherence to engineering best practices including Automated testing

Required Qualifications:
B.E, B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA in computer science or relevant field
8 – 12 years of programming and full software development life-cycle experience
Experience delivering technology products in a high growth environment
Demonstrated experience as a strong technical leader who can prioritize, communicate clearly and influence across cross functional teams
Understanding of Azure/AWS, Kubernetes, CICD
Hands-on and ability to do Code Reviews on Daily Basis for Angular10 & Java microservices
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
Ability to lead & resolve the technical issues/defects/blockers with developers in teams
Good attitude and self-motivated
Good communication skills
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
