About the Role:
As a part of the Admin Team, you will have a chance to perform overall general office duties with minimum supervision.
What Would This Role Entail?
- Schedule and coordinate employee’s travel & accommodations.
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization.
- Vendor Management.
- Track and place orders for office supplies, and deliver them to the respective departments.
- Other general administration duties as and when required.
- Ensure providing required documents to the finance department from the admin department related to vendors.
- Handling employee queries related to Admin.
Necessary Skills:
- Willingness to travel and work long hours
- Should have experience in Vendor Management and travel arrangements.
- Should have at least 2 years’ of experience into Admin.
Good to Have Skills:
- Good understanding of organizing, planning and administration skills.
- Willing to work flexibly and build strong relationships with employees.
- Bachelor’s degree.
