Verdatum A.I. is start-up that operates on the core belief that advanced technologies and the knowledge generated by them serve the world better when they are made more accessible to everyone. Job Description
We are looking for applicants who have completed or are currently engaged in a course involving business accounting, administration, operations management, and/or finance, such as a B. Com or a relevant standalone course. We are also accepting those with practical, hands-on experience with this kind of work so long as the other requirements are met, and you align with our culture as described in the section above.
We require an Administrative Coordinator to oversee most admin tasks that aren’t directly related to engineering or research, such as accounting, documentation and filing, government paperwork, vendor management, and client communications. If this seems like a broad scope for the role, it’s because at our current size, we don’t have enough of this work to require a dedicated person for each role, but enough of it that it can distract from the existing team’s core activities.
The nature of our work will sometimes lead to long or irregular hours i.e., working into the night or over a weekend. We take great efforts to ensure this isn’t a regular occurrence, and it’s even less likely for an administrative role, but it is likely to happen from time to time, and we feel it’s important to be up front about that; it’s the trade-off we make for being invested in our projects, especially as a smaller company. Additionally, your remuneration would not be competitive with the ones that larger firms provide, at least not to start, but would grow to that point along with the company as a whole. We understand that that’s not for everyone, and don’t expect it to be, but it is the kind of person we’re looking for right now.

Remuneration: ₹180,000 per annum / ₹ 230,000 CTC (bonuses, allowance, etc.)

Office Location
We have office space at Maker Village in Kalamassery, where most of the team is based, and where you would be working day-to-day. While allowances can be made for work-from-home when necessary, this would be a majority on-premises position.
