POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, the Proposal Manager will own crafting succinct pitch decks and proposals for sales for various opportunities. This role demands an exceptionally talented, exuberant hands-on expert with background in proposal writing, creative PowerPoint storytelling and financial analysis. Success will be measured by the ability to execute effective sales proposals and value propositions to customer projects.
We seek a self-directed, passionate self-motivated MBA/Marketing professional who enjoys the challenges of working in a fast, dynamic and collaborative environment.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Messaging and Positioning: Create modern, unique, and differentiated messaging for the product and enable sales with the product ROI
Storytelling: Building compelling value proposition for different opportunities catering to different verticals and personas
Project Management: Be the project manager for every incoming opportunity and work with multiple Subject Matter Experts to deliver on time
Financial analytics: Calculate View Smart Glass premium and return on investment for customers using MS Excel
Creativity: Build creative and impactful power point presentations for sales that illustrate product’s value
Communication: Work with a wide variety of corporate executives, sales, marketing, engineering, operations, customers and business partner
Powerful Writing: Help create select, high-impact communications and collateral. Strong writing skills, with an emphasis on telling a clear story are a must. You’ll need to be experienced in succinctly describing the business value of products and solutions.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
PowerPoint storytelling and slide design is a must .
Strong written and spoken communication
Team player: Proven ability to work in a multi-disciplinary group and cross functionally, experience in leading project groups
Highly Analytical: Ability to grasp technical concepts. Be comfortable with calculations, spreadsheets, writing macros and other financial calculations necessary analysis
Be exceptional in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS word
EDUCATION
Education: Recent MBA with 2-5 years’ work experience with background in Marketing is a must.
