POSITION SUMMARY
You will be owning various strategic initiatives to drive growth and unit economics for the commercial organization. You will be responsible for the architecting, designing, development and maintenance of Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Managed Packages and DocuSign CLM applications. You will own the delivery of high priority, cross-functional projects with Legal, Deal Desk, Sales and other teams.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Trusted advisor and leader who partners with business stakeholders and executives to design a vision and architecture for a solution to a business problem
Partner with business stakeholders to strategize and implement solutions that support our evolving business. This will involve activities like gathering requirements, maintaining BRD’s, defining problem statements, technical as well process solutioning.
Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals
Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements
Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully
Interact directly with clients, managers and end-users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications, and interactions with internal Salesforce instances
Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow
Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure the Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance
Implement solutions on Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, Docusign CLM, Service cloud including Field Service Lightning, Community Cloud, Construction Management (managed package) and Partner Portal
Engage with other service owners to understand & influence the solutions and implementation.
Drive application design, configuration, testing and deployment of Salesforce.com platform and DocuSign CLM applications.
Maintain & Manage enhancements on Apex, Lightning components, Lightning web components.
Train the end users on the implemented solutions
Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com and DocuSign CLM platforms
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Strong background in Cloud Computing solutions – cloud computing strategy, systems design, implementation, and management
10 years of experience in supporting a large-scale CRM implementation, preferably as a manager, or technical architect.
8+ years of hands-on implementation & developing experience on Salesforce.com platform including Sales cloud, Service cloud, Apex, VF, LWC, Aura components.
8+ years of experience in managing an IT delivery team.
Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies
Programming Languages – APEX, Visual Force, Familiarity with ANT and Eclipse tools for working with the IDE
Preferred Salesforce Certified Technical Architect
Must be able to manage many moving parts and details at once.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
