Visa’s Bangalore Technology Center is a strategic site with around 2000 employees currently and growing. This role will help program manage site projects and operations. Key responsibilities include: · Employee Engagement: Work with the Site ops Lead to drive/coordinate Site initiatives to keep employees consistently engaged and productive. Program manage these initiatives by collaborating with various business and supporting teams. · Site Events: Bangalore Technology Center runs various activities throughout the year consisting of CSR, Health & Wellness, Team Building, Activity Clubs, Technology Expos etc. You will be responsible for prioritizing and helping with necessary site resources and communication requirements. · Manage staff communication: Support communications at a Site level, support creative requirements, monitor Site MS teams channel and cascade key messages at site. · Management of site initiatives: Independently coordinate projects with multiple work streams, such as External events sponsored by Visa, Site Annual Events, Executive Visits, Leadership meets. Your responsibilities include Developing and Collating content, Approvals, Branding and Communication support, Facilitation of contracts, Logistics support etc by collaborating with the respective support functions internally. · Maintain an active and current Site Events Calendar. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field. Masters Degree or MBA a plus. • 5+ years of total relevant work experience. • 3+ years in managing complex, multi-team/stakeholder programs. • Ability to think of the big picture, drive execution, and roll up sleeves to get the job done. • Ability to manage Programs/Projects. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and responsibilities. • Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to staff, senior managers and external business partners. • Strong verbal and written communication, data presentation, collaboration, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills in order to achieve business objectives. • Skilled in the creation of presentations (and other supporting documents) for an executive audience. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Visa has adopted a COVID-19 vaccination policy.
