Mumbai / Bengaluru The role is responsible for Front Office (Reception) tasks such as greeting guests, scheduling appointments, handling enquiries & queries and directing them to the concerned authority, overseeing that the facilities in the workplace are maintained well and manage travel desk.
Job Description
Greet and welcome guests. Make arrangements for client meetings. Be professional and pleasant while interacting with guests.
Attend and respond to telephone calls. Manage enquiries, queries and direct them to the concerned authority.
Custodian for employees’ travel arrangements.
Office up-keep and tidiness.
Keep an inventory of office supplies and ensure it is always stocked. Look after stationery and pantry supplies.
Manage courier arrangements and supplies.
Maintain visitors log book.
Handle branch petty cash / arrange for cheque deposit (in conjunction with the Finance Team).
Co-ordinate with office boys for errands and supervise their work.
Qualifications Experience
We seek professionals with approx. 7-8 years. of experience in a similar role.
