We are looking for an experienced digital marketing & communication specialist to join our team, focusing on driving website content management, B2B and B2C communication, review management, and creating an engaged community to connect the right user segment with the relevant vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Devise and implement comprehensive communication strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences
Utilize various communication channels, such as email marketing, app promotions, social media, and other digital platforms, to effectively reach and engage target audiences
Optimize website content to improve user experience and search engine visibility
Ensure high-quality, error-free content through meticulous proofreading
Develop and execute a community-building strategy to connect the right user segment with the right vendor segment
Collaborate with internal teams to create and promote Whatsapp channel, community events, and initiatives
Use analytics tools to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns, community engagement, and website performance
Generate reports to assess the effectiveness of strategies and recommend improvements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Proven experience in digital marketing and communication roles
Strong proficiency in content creation, editing, and proofreading
Familiarity with SEO best practices, website management tools, and community-building strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with b2 b and b2 c communication strategies
Ability to manage and respond to online reviews effectively
Knowledge of digital marketing analytics and reporting
