**Only candidates who have completed MA I/O or MBA/MMS/BMS in HR should apply. Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Supervise pre-survey and delivery team 2. Post survey demonstrating and training client team on our application 3. Identify and present survey insights and action plans to our clients 4. Work on quarterly follow-up and guide the existing clients on the progress of action plans from survey results 5. Work on up and cross-selling our product and service to our clients 6. Develop training programs for managers, leaders, HR, and employees 7. Develop programs and training implants 8. Design survey questions and modules 9. Work on data analytics and creating white papers 10. Assist in ad-hoc projects 11. Work on any other work in the area of your skill or in an adjacent area
