Job Responsibilities:
– To liaison with various universities & help in recruiting recent graduates as well as high potential students. Build strong employer brand across college communities as well as hire talent.
– Advertising current job openings to college alumni communities.
– Coordinate & align the recruitment with colleges for internship programs.
– Liaising with other teams for designing internship programs & defining hiring needs.
We are looking for someone who:
– Has a strong understanding of HR fundamentals to be able to lay the right foundation,(HRBP Background)
– Is willing to experiment and has had experience building not only for large well established organizations but also for creating a new.
– Works well in ambiguity
– Has 10-15 years of experience across multiple HR roles including HRBP, Campus, TA etc.
