The role
The early careers recruiter / lead recruiter will be responsible for managing the early careers recruitment, and engagement for wtw india businessesThe role will involve managing end to end recruitment process, campus engagement, employer branding, candidate management, stakeholder management, systems management and recruitment analytics.
Key responsibilties
Manage the entire life cycle of the recruiting processes for graduates and interns, from internal approval processes, to candidate management, to interview process, feedback and on-boarding of new hires by ensuring best interview and candidate experience
Design the early careers annual calendar for an year-round engagement, and brand building at various colleges and universities at a pan india level, liaise with stakeholders and ensure effective and efficient implementation of the agreed plan
Partner with senior business leadership, and their team of hiring managers / interviewers, wider early careers and hr team, to define and deliver hiring commitments for all businesses
Build strong relationships with placement cells and faculty members to facilitate the recruitment and engagement processes
Collaborate with global employer branding and recruitment marketing team for events and social media strategy with an intent to enhance the wtw brand
Communicate progress to hiring managers and recruiting colleagues on the status of candidates and articulate plans to adjust activity where necessary
Be responsible for collecting competitive intelligence, stay up to date with the industry and the wider market, analyse the trend for early careers and suggest innovative and creative ways of staying ahead from the competition by positioning wtw as an employer of choice at various colleges and universities
Work closely with key stakeholders to refine and implement a robust early careers recruitment process
Effectively manage and maintain recruitment related data in the applicant tracking system and ms-excel
Champion, support and utilize wtw recruitment strategies and tools
Champion inclusion and diversity to ensure that the very best talent, irrespective of age/sex/ethnicity etc., are recruited
Take ownership for the payment of supplier invoices and operate as a liaison between the recruitment team and finance.
Ensure an efficient and cost-effective recruitment process
The requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business management or related field preferred
A minimum of 4-6 years of successful early careers recruiting experience for a professional services or a consulting firm or any global mnc, experience of working for an hr / actuarial consulting firm a major plus
Strong business acumen and ability to grasp new concepts quickly
Proficiency in ms office and strong experience with applicant tracking system
Proven success of working in a fast-paced, high pressure environment and self sufficient
Exceptional client relationship skills: ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goals
Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance-driven environment managing multiple deliverables
Strong interpersonal and team working skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to balance the appropriate candidate pipeline with the hiring needs
Demonstrable success leveraging direct sourcing strategies and tools
Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience of multi-tasking and juggling conflicting priorities
Experience assessing situations and effectively managing client expectations
