Position acts as the technical liaison between Partners, Customers, Technical Support, Sales, Engineering and Product Management to ensure efficient integration of Zebra’s Products and solutions. The position is responsible for delivering consulting, guidance and development support to integrate Zebra Products and Solutions into customer applications.
Works with customers, partners and others in creating solutions that integrate with Zebra devices
Works on design, development and delivery of integration solutions, covering all technical aspects of the implementation lifecycle.
Understands business challenges and translates them into process/technical solutions
Provides support for partners, integrators and customer’s technical resources in delivering solutions
Responsible for project management of integration solutions of Zebra products and solutions
May work on creating training materials and participating in training programs.
Provides technical support for Zebra products and solutions at trade shows when requested
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
2 to 5 years in a technology role
Programming knowledge in different environments (i.e. iOs, Android, Windows CE and .Net). (Programmer focus/specialization)
Proven experience in diagnostics and problem analysis (Programmer focus/specialization)
Experience working in MPOS systems developed for WinCE) (Programmer focus/specialization)
Experience in security standards such as PCI and EMV) (Programmer focus/specialization)
Knowledge and experience with Unix and Linux) (Programmer focus/specialization)
Highly experienced with Wired/wireless and other radiofrequency applications (Network focus/specialization)
Highly experienced with Device Management Tools on premise or cloud based (Network focus/specialization)
Highly experienced with common operating system environments such as Microsoft, Linux and Unix(Network focus/specialization)
