Full job description
Process and procedure enforcement
Absorb and spread knowledge from head office global implementation and business units
Enforcing zim’s best practice, procedures and business processes in cross business disciplines for all agencies in cross regions
System support
Monitoring & handling support issues through the remedy system including escalation process and following them
Provide guidance to the team for handling and resolving system issues
User administration – handling/approval of authorizations
Co-ordinate any training needs received by an agency of area
Analysis on system enhancement
Performing system analysis for enhancement
Monitor and follow up of outstanding system developments and enhancements
Testing of system enhancements
It project implementation
Assisting on new system implementations, projects, new products, module, functionalities, etc.
Co-ordinate with project manager, developers, qa to help them understand business requirements and the processes, to ensure the enhancements are complied with users and business requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably in a business or technical field
10+ years of experience in shipping company with decision support and business process analysis
Previous exposure in shipping documentation/logistics/finance in handling unique processes
Capability to break down complex procedures into user-friendly, logical steps for non-technical end-users
Excellent in communication and presentation skills
Good analytical abilities and time management
Possibility to travel globally
Fluent englishAdditional language will be an advantage
