Provide digital thought leadership and perspective to the Executive Committee
Lead the budget allocation and planning of digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and sales growth
Execute campaigns across channels (SEO/SEM, Google – Display/ Shopping/ Search/ YouTube/ Discovery, Facebook, Instagram and other social channels, Programmatic) to meet key performance metrics
Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests and optimize user funnels
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Oversee measurement and reporting of the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (return on investment and performance metrics)
Build and manage a team of 3-4 people of performance marketers and analysts
Oversee website PnL in collaboration with category managers
Requirements:
6-7 years of performance/digital marketing experience, including expertise in Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube Marketing. Appreciation of Programmatic Marketing preferred
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration with a consistent track record in quantitative fields
Proven track record of helping scale up digital marketing in a start-up environment and/or relevant work experience in leading performance marketing agencies – should have worked with budgets of 2-3 Cr per month & revenue of 100 Cr+ ARR
A start-up mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment
Experience with A/B testing & multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of analytics tools & MMP (e.g.: Google Analytics, branch)
