Experience:
2-5 years
Responsibilities:
– Support for the office management including vendor management, equipment inventory and procurement, event management, work station set up, software purchase.
– Administration work related to the office, software and hardware/equipment.
– Events and travel arrangements.
– Serve as a liaison with the building management as it relates to office needs.
– Monitor inventory of office supplies and cost of the same
– Run point on all shipping/receivables for the company.
– Coordinate office lunches and oversee all snack ordering and replenishment.
– Maintain the office, couriers and housekeeping, etc.
– Regularly interact with team members to get feedback and make the office a comfortable
place to work.
– Manage travel & accommodation for employees, partners and clients.
– Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities
– Office Movement and procurement.
– Performs other Admin duties.
Candidate Requirements:

We are looking for candidate who is living in Bangalore or in Karnataka but would be willing to relocate to Bangalore.
This is on-site job (office address: HSR Layout) We are looking for candidate who would be willing to work from office and could be able to join immediately or in 15 days.
We are looking for candidate who can speak English and Hindi fluently.
