Sr. Executive – Admin cum Facility Management
Roles and Responsibilities:
➢ Able to travel and manage multiple location office administrations
➢ Supervising staff including office boys, cleaning, maintenance, and security at all locations
➢ Ensuring that basic facilities, such as cleanliness, water supply, and washroom, are well-maintained
➢ Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
➢ Allocating and managing Sitting for the employees
➢ Overseeing office projects, renovations, maintenance or refurbishments
➢ Taking ownership of new center openings and ensuring it function as per the schedule
➢ Various Vendor Management (Office maintenance, Security, Catering/Tea vending, Stationary etc.)
➢ Vendor Contract and payment, taking approvals and coordinating with accounts for payment
➢ Ensure proper equipment audits and record-taking policies
➢ Keep tracking for various AMC for facilities
➢ Maintain adequate Stationary inventory and order items as necessary
➢ Look into the logistics of the stationaries to all centers as required
➢ Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and security standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
