Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
2. Monitor the performance of servers, software, and hardware
3. Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networks, planning and implementation of network setup
4. Proactively manage and maintain server, network, and firewall systems
5. Administer and support core Microsoft technologies
6. Knowledge of Windows Server (2012 R2) /desktop Operating Systems (8/8.1/10)
7. Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NTFS Permissions, NFS, and Printer Management
8. Active Directory/LDAP user and group administration
9. Managing server virtualization technologies like VMWare ESX or Microsoft Hyper-V
10. Group Policy design and configuration
11. Basic Linux/UNIX administration
12. Office 365 Environment including Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, Microsoft Skype for Business, OneDrive, etc.
13. Ability to troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues
14. Is responsible for monitoring system performance, IT system operations and storage utilization
15. Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
16. Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
17. Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
18. Responsible for System Backups/Restores (Veeam etc.)
19. Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices
20. Implement a Patch Management Process/WSUS
21. Knowledge of Deploying and Configuring Sever Hardware
22. Experience in handling endpoint security solutions (McAfee ePO etc.)

Salary: ₹546,226.10 – ₹1,270,886.30 per year
