Job Description:
We are looking for an excellent Personal Assistant to join our team. The person will provide full administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to the Director to ensure the smooth management of her day-to-day affairs, and the most effective use of her time. Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner. Take initiative as appropriate especially in the
Director’s absence.
Roles and Responsibilities:
− Managing the team in Mumbai and acting as a liaison between the global and Mumbai teams.
− acting as the first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages, or highlighting them for their manager’s attention
− managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
− booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
− reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
− typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
− managing databases and filing systems
− implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
− liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
− collating and filing expenses
− miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit, eg completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.
− effectively managing resources in India to ensure that work is completed promptly and day- to-day activities are managed.
− Develop and maintain processes and guidelines for the smooth running of the company.

− Knowledge of basic accounting and office management systems and procedures.
− Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
− Liaise with teams in the company for HR/ administrative/ accounting duties, excellent time management skills.

Requirements
− Proven work experience in a relevant role
− Computer literacy (Excellent in Microsoft Office)
− Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
− Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field required
− Proven track record of onboarding, training, and motivating administrative employees
− Excellent communication, time management, leadership, and employee development skills
− Documented computer skills
− Prior management experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Timings: Monday – Saturday; 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Salary: Up to 65,000/month
