· Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
· Preparing financial statements, reports, letters, and other documents.
· Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
· Handling basic book-keeping tasks.
· Filing and retrieving office records, documents, and reports.
· Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
· Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
· Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
· Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
· Opening, sorting and distributing emails, and other correspondence.
· Provide general administrative support.
· Recording minutes from meetings.
· Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
· Document customer complaints, Assign complaints to appropriate team members.
· Ensure that solution is provided within the time limits
· Follow up with internal team to ensure resolution
· Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
· Post completion of task, Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
· Keep records of customer interactions.
· Take the extra mile to engage customers by sharing newsletter, technology updates, updates about new solutions provided by us, festival greetings etc.
· Recommend potential products or services to management based on inputs received from clients.
· Take daily reports of Technical Support team.
