Job description:
To take dictation from the concerned manager as per requirement to give final shape to emails, letters, documents, etc. on a PC.
Maintenance of documents and files to be kept under his/her disposal, as per organisational policy.
Organise and manage information pertaining to projects and tasks as per guidance.
To draft letters, notes independently as per requirement and any other jobs to be assigned time to time by the concerned manager.
Highly proficient in MS-Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and document layout, Tender drafting, preparing documents such as quotations, project documents, executive summaries, reports, briefs, minutes of meetings, etc., and also communicate with third parties.
Should be proficient in short-hand and have excellent typing skills (at least 60 words per minute, without error).
To operate a Computer and perform basic operations/ maintenance in Windows/ Linux OS.
Handle all jobs with utmost care and sincerity ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Assist in day-to-day administration of Corporate Office.
Requirements:
Graduate in any field from a reputed institution. Masters degree in Management/ Mass Communication will be preferred.
Proficient in Stenography and Computer operation.
Minimum 2-3 years experience in staff work in Govt./PSU/Pvt Sector Manufacturing Industry required.
Individual must be keen to work in a startup environment.
Extended hours may be required to be put in occasionally.
Must be highly proficient in English language – written as well as verbal communication.
