Job Description:
· Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct cabins.
· Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings.
· Make calls to client as per the requirement.
· Maintaining Database.
· Knowledge of excel and word.
· Ability to create organized filing system.
· Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.
· Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.
· Female only (above 30 years of age)
