What will you need:
– Proficient with CRM, Preferably a person who has leadsquared administrator certification.
– Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
– Maintaining and updating data in the CRM system to ensure accurate records of customer information
– Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance using CRM.
– Decent Proficiency over excel
– Has brief knowledge with integration of Telephony Services and external tools such as Tata tele, Ozontel, Zapier etc.
