HR Benefits and Recruiting Administrator (Night Shift Remote Work from home)
Job Description
Helps with identifying and recruiting quality candidates for Open job Positions and support recruiting staff to close positions.
Preparing offer letters, Collecting Documents, onboarding candidates on payroll systems
Performing other office admin work like preparing compliance and customer facing documents
Entering data in CRM, Payroll and promoting company image on social media platforms
Helps with preparing promotional material and business development, sales and SEO marketing
Communicating with clients, recruiters, third parties and candidates as needed
Skills and Experience
At least 2-3 years of experience in HR, Payroll and recruiting
Previous experience in US IT recruiting industry is highly desirable
Previous experience with HR and benefits
Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook, and other office productivity tools.
Strong Experience with HR benefits and payroll laws are required
Education
Convent or Private background
Education in Human Resources and Benefits
Someone with good communication skills but no experience can also be considered but as an intern

Pay: ₹8,086.00 – ₹35,971.68 per month
