Looking for a young and dynamic Accounts and Admin Executives and Manager for our Bangalore central office and warehouse (Richmond Rd / Indiranagar)
Roles and Responsibilities
Accounts:
· Daily accounting book keeping and invoicing in accounting software like Zoho
· Invoice creation and coordination with warehouse for dispatch
· GST, PT and TDS working and submission
· Recording and keeping of all the transactions, Monthly bills, Purchase ,Sales, Expense
· Managing all banking transactions.
· Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
· Customer outstanding management and follow up
Admin and HR:
· General office administration
· Maintaining Inventory.
· Doing office Admin Work and Maintain cordial relations with Vendors and Customer Finance teams and others.
· Vendor administration.
· Managing payroll and records of all employees.
· Monitoring and managing stock levels of Raw Material and Finished goods..
· Working of ESI and PF
Desired Candidate Profile
· Minimum 2 years of Experience in similar field .Hands on Experience in Tally / Zoho, GST, TDS, ESIS
· Hands on experience in Excel and MS-word (Mandatory)
· Good Communication Skills.(Mail Communication)
· Excellent English verbal communication skills (Kannada and Hindi will add advantage)
· Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
