a) Attending Office e-mails & ensuring prompt replies/feedback to clients
b) attending office incoming calls
c) maintenance of attendance of staff, pay roll calculations, etc
d) handle all payments to suppliers
e) manage check list of all expiry dates of contracts & timely renewals & payments
f) Handle business appointments of senior managers
h) handle all correspondences
i) invoicing & follow up of all receivables
