Job Description:
· Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Coordinate with various team members viz. Sales, Production, Stores & Accounts
· Collate data/information and Manage MIS
· Ensure Timely delivery of material & payment follow up.
· Coordination for Material requirement, Purchase, Logistics and Supply Chain Management
· Banking and Online payment through NEFT, RTGS, etc.
· Deal with multiple stakeholders viz. Clients, Vendors, Suppliers, etc.
· Perform general office duties, such as Noting, Drafting, Independent Correspondence, Email and Internet.
· Administrator for all resources, equipment and other office services.
· Any additional duties as assigned by the Directors.
Qualification
· Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience
· Minimum 8 years of experience of reporting directly to Senior/Top Management, preferably in a Manufacturing Company.
· Having advanced Microsoft Office skills
