➢ To prepare monthly challans on PF /ESIC/MLWF portals and share to accounts and ensure timely payments (Monthly Returns Filing).
➢ Maintain HR Policy Manual
➢ Communicate HR Policies to Employees
➢ Ensure compliance with HR Policies.
➢ Ensure preparation and maintenance of individual employee files
➢ Maintain all HR correspondence with respect to an individual
➢ Manage talent attraction, selection and hiring
➢ Manage induction & On-boarding for new recruits
➢ Manage career progression
➢ Develop succession and career plans
➢ Manage retrenchment/ retirement / separations
➢ Ensure all performance evaluations (through PMS) are conducted & delivered
➢ Develop and manage reward and recognition programs
➢ Training Need Identification (TNI)
➢ Measure effectiveness of training programs
➢ Monitor coaching, counseling and mentoring progress of personnel
➢ Ensure employee well-being and satisfaction
➢ Manage and administer employee benefits
➢ Implement HR policies and systems
➢ Monitor people development
➢ Administer Housekeeping, Security, Canteen and other facilities.
➢ Grievance handing and industrial relation management
