Intro – Our Company a Delhi based Fashion Design label is looking for an HR &Admin manager to lead, direct and manage the day-to-day HRA activities order to ensure smooth running and maximized efficiency of thecompany, and to develop and implement policies and procedures for each department to contribute to the company’s overall strategy. Candidate will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners and will also have to handle employee-related services, regulatory compliance, and employee relations, among many other tasks. Candidate will be expected to: * Develop and administer HR plans and procedures that relate to company personnel. * Plan, organize and control activities and actions of the HR department. * Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
Roles & Responsibilities: * Recruitment and Retention * Develop and oversee the recruitment process. * Review job advertisements prior to posting, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, coordinate interview teams, participate in interviewing candidates * Ensure candidate documentation is collected and recorded/filed. * Manage the new hire orientation and exit process. * Compliance and record-keeping, creating clear and concise reports * Annually review the Personnel Handbook recommending amendments needed due to changes in local conditions or labour laws. * Manage time clocking system for office, ensuring timely submission, approval, accuracy, and filing. * Compensation and benefits, conducting performance and wage reviews * Monitor compensation and ensure internal equity & compliance and benefits are met. * Facilitate job analysis and update job descriptions. * Payroll and creating clear and concise reports * Coordinate with Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly Payroll. * Review employee final payments for accuracy and compliance with labour laws. JOB DESCRIPTION * Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints. Administration * Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office. * Supervise all travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors, including visas and work permits as applicable. * Training, Development and Performance Maintenance * Undertake employee training and development and make recommendations. * Oversee the coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews. * Employee Relations * Coach, counsel, and discipline employees. * Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically. * Investigate employee relations issues and work to ensure human resources-related decisions are consistent and fair. * Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures * Set goals and objectives and establish procedures and policies for various departmentsin the organization, based on overall company strategy and monitor progress Communications * Help promote a positive company culture where the work can get done and morale is high. * Facilitate efficient communication between employees and departments. * Resolve minor disputes or disagreements. * Cooperate in high-level decision making with the Directors Qualifications * Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in similar capacity * MBA in related field * Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks * Ability to supervise and develop employees * Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing * Ability to work without supervision Industry * Premium / Luxury/ Couture Fashion Employment Type Full Time
