KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE
Admin & planning:
Managing all personal records of the Director and his family members.
Maintaining all confidential information of the Director and his family
members.
Manage all business and personal contacts for the Directors and
respective Departments in an easily retrievable database.
Manage and build rapport with concern people in organisations and forums
nationally and internationally for local chapters – viz., YPO etc.
Timely renewal and new subscriptions of all magazines plus new upcoming
tyre-rubber related online websites.
Planning and scheduling of meetings / appointments internal and external
Welcoming Director’s guest and arranging and planning for the required
sitting arrangements and refreshments etc.
Coordinating and organizing all personal engagements of the Directors
Handling all post related to The Director and his family members.
Payment, recording, maintenance and follow up of all bills of The Director
and his family members.
Responsible for Multiple task of Group of companies
Responsible to perform task assign by Director/Management
Communication:
With all Internal and External sources on behalf of the Director and his
family members.
Preparing MOM for the meetings and following up for the action plan and
EA to the Director Page 2 of 3
compliance for the respective Executives’.
Follow up on tour plans, objectives and reports with respective traveling
Executives.
Coordinating internal HOD meetings and following up for status of minutes
of previous meeting.
Travel:
Arranging for ticketing for national and international travel as required.
Co-ordination with travel agency for VISA approvals.
Booking economical accommodations at various destinations.
Arranging for local conveyance at various destinations.
Clearing travel / hotel bills for payment.
Other activities :
Arrangements for Guests.
Collecting data for MIS statement as per Director’s requirement.
Upgrade general office cleanliness and personal hygiene.
Responsible for satisfactorily completing any other work assigned to you by your
HOD and Management to meet the organizational goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 – ₹70,000.00 per month
