Job Description
Overseeing planning, coordinating, direction and effective execution of organizational policies, SOPs or Standard Operating Procedures.
Management & Administration of overall unit including planning, implementation, monitoring coordinating, direction and effective execution of organizational policies.
Responsible for coordinating, supervising and managing daily activities of the entire unit/office and facility including front office, billing, support service, GDA, housekeeping, F & B, CRM, Security, Vendors, Compliance, Maintenance, Quality and coordination etc.
Repair and Maintainance of facility
Civil work for existing facility and new projects
Ensuring all the Statutory Compliance pertaining to Shop & Establishment Registration, PF & ESIC, Approval, NOC, Clearance, and contract Labour Law etc. for new and existing facilities
Management of complete database of OPEX and CAPEX – budgeting and monitoring
Vendor Management w.r.t travel, transportation, House Keeping and Security, etc
Work with admin staff to maintain appropriate standards and practices in the organization.
Handled the tasks of scheduling, staffing, record-keeping, and maintenance of necessary supply levels.
Collaborated with all deparworkflow ensure smooth workflow and efficient organization operations.
Accountable for all operations including PR, CRM, Front office, liaison, vendor, transport, security, maintenance, etc.
Statutory, Legal and Regulatory Compliance.
Implementing policies aimed at the attainment of macro-level goals and business objectives of the company, thereby sustaining profitability of operations.
Governing and supervising maintenance and upkeep of organizational assets like office premises, guesthouses, staff canteens, vehicles, equipment, fire fighting and facility management.
