Job Description:
1) Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and guide visitors during visits.
2) Carry out administrative duties which include maintaining records, filing, scanning records (whenever required).
3) Make travel arrangements for senior staff and important customers/ guests such as booking flights, visa formalities, car, hotel and/or restaurant reservations.
4) Will be responsible for maintaining and managing the organization’s corporate accounts for telephones, mobile service providers.
5) Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
6) Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
7) Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
8) With the management’s guidance setup and organized process oriented way of working.
Candidate Requirements:
1) Good communication skills in English.
2) Strong knowledge of office management and administration.
3) Bachelors degree in any field. Business management degree will be an added advantage.
4) Must work in an organized way with excellent time management skills.
5) Total Experience – 0.6 months to 3 years.

Salary: ₹8,086.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
