Job Description:
1. Responsible for HR activities – attendance, payroll, recruitment, team building, appraisal, HR policy updates and employee motivational activities
2. Responsible for compliances to policies and adherences to the work culture
3. Responsible for EPFO, ESIC, PT and TDS statutory requirements
4. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
5. Maintain employee records (attendance, Leaves, ..etc)
6. Knowledge in MS Word, Excel & PPTs
7. Responsible for invoicing & accounts
8. Responsible for facility management
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Regular / Permanent
Salary: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
