HR AND ADMIN EXECUTIVE
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To Recruit Workmen Of Required Skill & Competency.
2. To Plan & Provide Training To Workmen & Staff As Per The Need Indicated By Department Heads To Improve Competency Levels.
3. To Maintain All Admin and HR Documents & Records.
4. To Prepare Departmental ISO 9001-2015 Requirements And Implement It Effectively.
5. Conduct House Keeping Audits Every Month.
6. To Ensure Safe Working Environment.
7. To Regulate Daily Inflow Of Workmen As Per Allocation Given To Different Manpower Suppliers.
8. Maintenance Of All Office Equipment’s
9. Maintenance & Filing of All Statutory Returns In Co-Ordination With Consultants.
10. Strong, Secure, Safe & Clean Environment Creation.
11. To Obedient towards down & up line, Civilize towards Society & Maintain Self Discipline.
12. Skill matrix up gradation of workers.
13. Create Healthy & positive working environment within the plant.
14. Manpower allocation in every process.
15. Admin expenses control.
16. Maintain Database of staff, worker and contractor worker
17. Maintain attendance record of staff, worker and contractor worker
18. Maintain and Manage statutory compliances of contractor
19. Arrange facilities for meeting e.g. conference room, snacks, Water bottles, tea etc. Ensure cleanliness of the same
20. Arrange & provide office stationery, printing & general stock. Maintain minimum stock of the same. Get visiting cards printed from suppliers as per instruction from HOD.
21. Assist in Payroll activities
22. Handle day to day admin activities like Security, Canteen, Plumbing, Fabrication issues
23. Manage security gate control
24. Daily Plant rounds, observations and solve the issues.
25. Any other job given by the management.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
