Job Summary
Managing IT recruitment, responsible for meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.

Follow up for incomplete documents
Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information.
Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
Organizes work.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
1-2 years of experience as Personal Assistant will be preferred.
Final year students or fresher can also apply
computer literacy with proficiency in excel and power point
knowledge of web designing and photoshop would be considered added advantage
Soft spoken with excellent communication and written skills in English
